A Day of Rejuvenation

Meet me out in the heart of Niagara wine country for a day of rejuvenation, connection and holistic healing at Cave Spring Vineyards. Enjoy a day filled with yoga, mindfulness, nature, local food and the very best in sustainable vegan wines. Begin the day with with a tranquil Hatha yoga practice and healing sound of crystal singing bowls. Stroll through the breathtaking vineyards at Cave Spring to visit neighbouring winery Malivoire Wine company, the first gravity-flow winery in Canada! Experience Malivoire through an engaging wine and cheese experience to keep your energy up for the walk back through nature to Cave Spring. Finish off this amazing mini-retreat day with a delicious catered lunch from a town favourite café, Revalee, paired with a glass of Cave Spring wine. Take home a bottle of Cave Spring and Malivoire Wines to enjoy at home in memory of your unforgettable experience! Each date will have its own unique theme, including the yoga practice. Yoga practices will be suitable for all levels of ability.

The Day begins at 9:45am for a 10am yoga start time. Lunch usually ends around 2:00-2:30pm.

Your Instructor & Guide

Abbey Morris is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, meditation instructor, mindfulness educator and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. Her passion for teaching lies in the mind-body connection she found through yoga while struggling with an eating disorder and considers our connection to the body to be foundational in emotional healing. Abbey is a very inclusive teacher who prides herself in creating a safe space for all to deepen their connection to themselves. She believes yoga is for everyBODY.  Abbey teaches Vinyassa, Hatha, Yin, Meditation & Restorative styles of yoga.
