Your Instructor & Guide
Abbey Morris is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, meditation instructor, mindfulness educator, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and Sound Healer. Her passion for teaching lies in the mind-body connection she found through yoga while struggling with an eating disorder and considers our connection to the body to be foundational in emotional healing. Abbey is a very inclusive teacher who prides herself in creating a safe space for all to deepen their connection to themselves. She believes yoga is for everyBODY. Abbey teaches Vinyassa, Hatha, Yin, Meditation & Restorative styles of yoga.
