This beautiful day retreat will begin at 10:00am with a rejuvenating opening meditation and hatha yoga practice ending in a healing sound bath. Immersing ourselves in the tranquil atmosphere of the events barn at Cave Spring Vineyard, we will drop into our heart centre and move stagnant energy through and out of the body through mindful awareness, movement, breath and healing sound from the crystal singing bowls. Our practice will honour the intention mindfulness and self-love, so that we can embrace the rest of the journey feeling grounded in present moment awareness. Modifications are always provided throughout the practice to make it accessible for all levels of ability.

 

Post practice, we will embark on a scenic hike through the vineyards to visit our neighbouring winery, Malivoire. At Malivoire we will enjoy a structured tasting of three wines from the vineyard and learn about their unique gravity flow wine making facility and sustainable practices.

Together we will hike back through the vineyards to Cave Spring where we will enjoy a structured tasting of three wines from the vineyards while learning about the renowned family establishment.

 

Delight your tastebuds in a delicious catered lunch by our favourite local Café, Revalee while you enjoy your tasting.

After some time to browse the wine tasting facility at Cave Spring, our day will end out in the vineyards for a group sound bath meditation and guided reflection connecting to the energy of gratitude. The healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls shift of our brain wave state, allowing us to feel deeply relaxed and providing many healing benefits to the mind, body and spirit.
